Every Myvehair unit is a unique, one-of-one product — what you see is exactly what you receive. Because each piece is customized and sold as a single item, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed.
Your Agreement at Checkout
By completing checkout, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your purchase is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. This agreement, along with your order and delivery records, is retained as part of your transaction.
Secure Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards and cryptocurrency (USDC/stablecoins). Card details are never stored on our servers. Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. All shipments are tracked, and orders may require signature confirmation on delivery. Complimentary shipping is included on every unit.
Damaged in Transit
If your unit arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Shipping-carrier claims are handled case by case; this does not constitute a refund of the product.
